A new flat roof completed at the Wetherby whaler in Guiseley. The previous roof had been installed a few years ago but had a number of problems that we rectified.

Slate roof repairs carried out alongside repointing of the ridge tiles on this older property. The work has helped restore the roof’s condition and protect the building from the elements, giving it the best chance of providing many more years of reliable service.
The existing garage roof was fully stripped back to the roof joists, then re-boarded and finished with a new mineral-felt roofing system for a durable, weather-resistant finish.
A back to back house in East Ardsley. Customer wanted original slate using which here at Dec Roofing we like to use reclaimed slate and stone. We stripped and reslated the roof, pointed and released the chimneys supplied and fixed new UPVC fascia and gutters and a dry ridge system. This roof looks original but is maintenance free for years to come.

Traditional Farmhouse Roof Restoration -Â The existing roof was completely stripped back before installing new breathable roofing membrane and battens. The roof was then re-slated using the original slates, preserving the character and traditional appearance of this old farmhouse.

A full roof replacement to both the front and rear of this property in Garforth. The original slate had deteriorated beyond reuse, so the customer opted for grey Marley Modern roof tiles, providing a fresh, modern appearance that complements the surrounding area.

The project also included the installation of a dry ridge system to improve ventilation, leadwork around the chimney, and GRP bonding gutters to create a secure, weatherproof junction between the adjoining roofs.
